The site

IllMinds Music Collective runs this site to sell plugins, packs, beats, and merch, and to book mix, master, and recording work. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not, close the tab.

Purchases

Plugin, pack, beat, and merch checkout is handled by Payhip. Their payment terms apply at checkout. Prices are in USD unless a listing says otherwise. Free products are still licensed. Download is not a transfer of ownership.

Software licenses

A paid or free plugin license is for you. Install it on the machines you work on. You may use it on your own records and on client work. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, rent, or share the installer, serial, or source. We can revoke a license that is being shared as a pirated copy.

Sample packs and beats

Packs are for use in your productions. You cannot re-sell the raw samples as a competing pack. Beat listings spell out lease vs buy-out. Until a buy-out is paid, we can still place the beat elsewhere.

Studio services

Mix, master, and recording bookings start when we accept a brief and a deposit if one is listed. Revision rounds are on the service page. Extra revisions, stem recalls, or rush fees are quoted before we do the work. You keep the rights to your recording; we keep the right to mention the work unless you ask us not to.

Content

Artist pages, product copy, photos, and the IllMinds mark belong to the collective or the named artist. Do not scrape the catalog for a clone shop. User submissions (artist applications, briefs, list signups) are used to reply and to run the roster, not to train a public model or sell a mailing list.

No drama warranty

Plugins are provided as-is. If an installer is corrupt we replace it. We do not promise a plugin will open in every host on earth, or that a mix will chart. Limitation of liability is the amount you paid for that product or service in the last 90 days.
