What we collect

Only what you hand us:

• Email, if you join the list or send a form.
• Name, links, and a short message on artist submissions and mix briefs.
• The pages you hit, in ordinary server logs, so we can keep the shop up.

What we do not collect

We do not store payment cards. Checkout runs on Payhip. Their privacy policy covers card data, receipts, and download delivery.

How we use it

• The list is product updates and discount codes. Nothing else. No tour spam.
• Forms are to answer you: briefs, support, roster submissions.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade emails. We do not buy lists.

Cookies

The site uses what it needs to stay signed in on the owner studio and to keep the shop working. We do not run third-party ad pixels on these pages.

How long

List emails stay until you ask off. Briefs and submissions stay while they are useful to finish the job, then we can delete them on request. Payhip keeps purchase records on their side.

To see, correct, or delete your email or a form you sent, write illmindsproduction@gmail.com. Unsubscribe is the same address. Say so in the subject.
