Where is my download after I buy?
Plugins check out on Payhip. After payment you get an email with the installer plus a copy in your Payhip library. If that mail is missing, check spam, then your Payhip purchases page.

The plugin does not show up in my DAW.
Install the VST3 or AU for your OS, then rescan plugins in the DAW. Ableton, Logic, FL, Reaper, and Cubase are the rooms we test in. If a scan still misses it, write us with the DAW, OS, and installer name.
Can I use this on client work?
Yes. A paid plugin or pack license covers your own records and client sessions. You cannot resell, share, or relabel the installer or samples as your own product. Beat licenses follow the lease or buy-out on the listing.
How do mix and master revisions work?
Mixing includes two revision rounds. Mastering includes one. Send stems labeled, a reference, and the due date. Turnaround is on the Services page. If the mix is not ready to master, we say so instead of crushing it.
Refunds.
Digital downloads follow Payhip’s refund window. If an installer is defective we replace it. For a mix or master that missed the brief, we finish the revision pass before any refund talk.
